So who’s in charge of the Motivation department?
I have interviewed many Sales pros who have expressed dissatisfaction with their company when it comes to motivating them towards success.
A company is responsible for a providing a positive work place. They also should be aware at all times of the company morale. However the responsibility for your personal motivation rests on a different shoulder, YOURS .
You see I can provide you with the materials,mentoring, and momentum for motivation, but if you never take the action of acceptance and accountability you will fail to be motivated .

There are millions of resources available to a sales Pro that is looking for Good positive instruction and guidance .
Try this experiment : Type Sales Motivation into GOOGLE and look at how many websites are built around this .
But know this ; Reading and watching alone will not produce the results you crave, You must put the learning into practice . When you do this the reward is SELF MOTIVATION .
You see the information is now stored inside of you, you no longer need to look for an outside source. You can just reach inside and BANG you are motivated
–> HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR MOTIVATION
Learn to look to yourself first, EXPECT that you will be able to provide a spark of positive energy when you need it . When you find your well empty take the steps necessary to fill yourself back up.
I humbly suggest this, do not allow yourself to even leave home for the workplace without a full personal tank of positive motivating energy.

There is no shortage of folks that are willing to occupy their time and minds blaming everyone else for their LACK ,, This is a party that requires no invitation, you can join right in. But it is never any fun !!
Be aware of these negative influences and be prepared to walk away it is a matter os self-preservation
